Wynonna Judd checked in with The Dr.Don Show with Rachael and Grunwald prior to her practice for Dancing With The Stars. Wynonna said that she and her dance partner Tony Dovolani are practicing for about 18 hours a day.
When Wynonna was first paired up with Tony, he called her mom, Naomi Judd to ask if he could dance with her daughter. She said yes and she invited him over for dinner so they could get to know each other. Wynonna said her of her mom, “Don’t let the prissy dresses fool you.” Naomi said to Tony, “I wanna give you a Vitamin B-12 shot in your butt.” Tony knew then that this family was a little crazy.
When asked if it might be possible if The Judds would ever go on tour again, Wynonna says, “That’s like asking me whether I will go to her house for dinner again. I don’t know when that will be but I know my Mom has her dress ready to go in the closet like Superman.”
